Important informations
Arrival and departure
- On your day of arrival, rooms and suites at the Kinderhotel Waldhof are available from 3:30 pm
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and suites at 10:30 am
With late arrivals (e.g. a day late) or early departure (e.g the day before the booked day of departure), 90% of the day price will be invoiced. Your all-inclusive catering begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure with the afternoon snack.
Advance payment
The binding reservation of your booking takes place immediately after receipt of the deposit (€ 250,- per room/day) into our account at the Raiffeisenbank Grossarl, Account number 39818, Bank code 35019.
For bank transfers from the EU: IBAN AT04 3501 9000 0003 9818, BIC RVSAAT2S019 (Swift). When using IBAN and Swift Code, the transfer does not cost more than a domestic bank transfer. Bank charges are not covered by the Kinderhotel Waldhof.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our children's hotel.
Rates
All rates are in euros incl. statutory VAT and excl. local tax (€ 2,30 per day/adult).
Smoking
Our hotel is a no smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in front of the hotel.
Cancellation
- For cancellations from 90 to 30 days before the start of the holiday, 40% of the package costs will be charged.
- For a cancellation from 30 to 7 days before the start of the holiday, 70% of the package price will be charged.
- From seven days before the start of the holidays, we charge 90% of the package costs (pursuant to the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006).
Payment
EC card (A, D, NL), credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), cash.

The unexpected happens more often than you think, and your booked holiday needs to be cancelled or to be terminated prematurely. We would very much like to spare you the costs and hassle. We therefor recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid cover). Take out the insurance easily, quickly and online.

Price information
The rates shown here are per adult per night (minimum occupancy 2 adults), for stays up to four nights, plus the tourism tax of € 2.30 per person per night. For stays of 5 nights or more, the overnight price is reduced. Persons over the age of 15 are liable to pay the levy (children up to the age of 14 are exempt). Take advantage of our affordable offers for solo travelers.
