Our cuisine is highly praised by both our guests and our employees. Alongside traditional dishes, we also offer a range of delicacies from around the world and aim to keep on improving.

Our service is of the highest level. We take care of our guests from morning to night and make every effort to fulfil even the smallest wishes.

Our reception is your 1st point of contact. Guests receive a warm welcome here and enjoy a gentle start to their holiday. We naturally make every effort to answer questions from our guests in the best way possible and provide insider tips to help transform their stay into a memorable experience.

Adults and children alike can relax in our Waldschlössl SPA. We offer cosmetic treatments, massages, pampering treatments, pedicures and much more to ensure that our guests feel absolutely at home.

Our childcare team takes great care of our youngest guests. Some of our activities are packed full of action, yet there is also time for playing or taking a little nap – whatever the children want to do.

We have rooms (apartments) and studios in different sizes that are perfectly tailored to the wishes of every family. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is very important to us and is highly appreciated by our guests.

Managed by us, Christine and Sepp Prommegger, along with our department heads, we always take the time to have a chat with our staff, who form our true Tree(m) Team – inspired by the trees of the Waldhof and truly a Dream Team! Together, we integrate your wishes and ideas into our operations, creating a pleasant and respectful environment for everyone.

Our apprentices can attend approx. 8 seminars per apprenticeship year at the Großarltal Apprenticeship Academy free of charge. And you will, of course, receive your diploma for each seminar.

When making purchases, we pass on all benefits and discounts negotiated with our suppliers 1:1 to our employees.

Employee residence

We have created cosy small apartments for our employees in our employee residence. They are equipped with a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, bathroom, WC, television and WLAN and are the ideal place to enjoy your free time.

Meals

We want to take care of our employees and that includes providing them with nourishing meals. You can replenish your energy with food from our extensive buffet during your well-earned breaks. We also provide drinks and coffee for you at no extra charge.

Babysitter

Do you want to work but don’t have anyone to look after your child? Your child can attend our childcare facility and play, run around, be creative... and you can even come and visit them!

Personal coaching

New employees have lots of questions. Yet “newcomers” are often too shy to ask them. That’s why we allocate all our apprentices a godparent during the onboarding process who not only offers advice, shows them around and explains the processes and activities, but also introduces them to their new colleagues and ensures that they quickly feel at home.

We’ll provide you with a new iPhone when you join our team. You can also make use of free WLAN throughout the entire hotel.

Cash is cool

In addition to your collective wages, you’ll also receive a monthly payment: 1st apprenticeship year € 110,- net, 2nd apprenticeship year € 130,- net, 3rd apprenticeship year € 150,- net and 4th apprenticeship year € 170,- net.

Accommodation & benefits

The choice is yours: you can stay in our accommodation free of charge or we’ll make a contribution towards your private accommodation.

It's the weekend!

Unbelievable but true: as an apprentice, every 2nd weekend will be free.

Career with an apprenticeship

We offer you the opportunity to attend the Apprenticeship Academy during your working hours. Take part in all the courses – and you’ll also receive a diploma upon completion!

Be rewarded for good performance

Dedication and hard work should be rewarded, which is why we offer bonus payments for great vocational school reports.

Reason to celebrate

Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, it’s time for the final trip! As soon as the stressful phase of learning and examinations is over, you can enjoy some relaxation and fun with the other apprentices. Where will you be going? You’ll have to wait and see!
